By accessing and using Pesaway ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using the Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Pesaway provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, shopping services, personalized content, and interactive features. You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Pesaway to provide the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PESAWAY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PESAWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PESAWAY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING THE SERVICE.
